We want you to be completely satisfied with your hand-painted stoneware. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further instructions.

  Pack with Care

  Securely wrap each piece of pottery in its original bubble wrap and packaging to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse without damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix your shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
